This mobile application ("App") is developed by Logedosoft Business Solution. The App is designed as a companion application for ERP systems and is intended for use by authorized organizational users only.

Data Collected

The App may collect and process the following data:

• Authentication: Your email address may be stored on the device after login to keep you signed in and show your profile. Your password is sent only to the ERP server at sign-in and is not retained in the App.
• User Information: Basic profile information (such as name and role identifiers linked to your ERP account)
• Business Data: Sales orders, customer data, delivery records and other ERP-related data
• Usage Data: App activity, performance metrics, and crash logs
• Photos: Images captured for operational purposes such as delivery or documentation
• Device Information: Limited technical information such as device language and app version

Authentication and Session Management

The App uses user credentials (such as email and password) solely for authentication purposes. Authentication is securely handled by the ERP backend system.

Passwords are not stored within the App.

Session management is performed using secure server-based sessions and cookies.

Local Data Storage

Certain user information, such as email address and basic profile data, may be stored locally on the device to maintain session continuity and improve user experience, using the platform’s standard app storage (for example OS-level app data). This local copy is not used for advertising.

Purpose of Data Processing

Collected data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• User authentication and session management
• Execution of ERP-related business processes
• Application performance monitoring and improvement
• System security and error detection

Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

The App does not sell or use personal data for advertising purposes.

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for usage measurement, app performance, and crash reporting. Analytics may associate activity with a pseudonymous in-app user identifier set after login; this is not used for advertising.

In some cases, limited user information (such as email) may be associated with crash reports for debugging purposes.

Data Security

All data is transmitted securely using HTTPS. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect user data.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill business operations and legal obligations.

Account Management

User accounts are managed by the organization using the ERP system. Users cannot create or delete accounts within the App.

Account Deletion

To request account deletion, users must contact their organization or system administrator.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
